Naynika Chaubey

Prior to joining SoCore, Naynika led the research effort on the commercial mortgage backed securities desk at Bear Stearns Investment Bank. Her responsibilities included developing proprietary credit analysis for clients and the trading desk. In addition to co-authoring a CMBS primer and a weekly publication on market analysis, Naynika developed valuation and default probability models that were recognized and widely used by institutional investors. Naynika was the youngest Vice President at Bear Stearns Investment Bank prior to her departure.

Naynika holds a B.A. in Physics from Princeton University where she published an undergraduate thesis entitled, “Black Holes and Hawking Radiation: A Semi-Classical Approach.”
