J.S. Roy

J.S. directs all engineering aspects of the solar business for SoCore Energy. He has spent years conducting in-depth research on green energy, familiarizing himself with solar and wind technology and modeling market acceptance of green technologies through his engineering work. Prior to SoCore, J.S. was the lead Operations Engineer/Operations Manager, at companies such as Illinois Tool Works and Guardian, where he created and executed models to increase efficiency and optimal productivity as related to the manufacturing operations of the organization. J.S. is a NABCEP certified PV installer, holds a MBA from the University of Chicago, and Bachelors degrees in Industrial Operations Engineering and Economics from the University of Michigan.
